We stand behind MoreSkills with multiple guarantees. Here's exactly how each one works.

1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: All Customers

Available to both Standard and Pro tier customers within 30 days of purchase.

How it works

  • Email support@moreskills.co.za to initiate a refund request, or click the "Request 30-Day Refund" button at the top of this page.
  • We'll send you a brief refund questionnaire (takes 5-10 minutes).
  • The questionnaire helps us understand what didn't work for you so we can improve our course for future students.
  • Once you submit the completed questionnaire, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
  • All refunds processed to your original payment method.
  • Available within 30 days of purchase date. After Day 30, this refund window closes.

Why we use a questionnaire: it's not a barrier, it's how we learn. Your honest feedback genuinely improves the course. The questionnaire takes 5-10 minutes and asks about your experience, what didn't meet expectations, and any technical issues encountered.

2. The Double-Refund Results Guarantee: Standard Tier

For Standard tier customers (R2,997).

The promise: save at least 10 hours within 30 days of purchase, or receive R5,994 (double your purchase price).

To claim, submit our comprehensive Results Guarantee Claim form between Day 21 and Day 30 from purchase.

Required submissions (all required)

  1. Tool setup proof: Screenshots showing ChatGPT or Claude connected to your Microsoft 365 account (with visible date and time stamps).
  2. Course completion verification: Modules 1, 2, and 3 must be 100% complete (auto-verified by the platform).
  3. Workflow implementation proof: Screenshots and descriptions of 5 different workflows you ran from course templates. Each submission must include the prompt used, the AI's output, and a brief description of the real-world task.
  4. Time tracking proof: Completed 30-day daily time tracker (template provided in course) showing time saved per task across at least 25 of 30 days.
  5. Implementation video: 5-minute screen recording with voice narration showing you using one workflow on real work.
  6. Detailed explanation: Written response (500+ characters) explaining why despite implementation, you didn't save 10 hours.
  • Submission window: Day 21 to Day 30 from purchase date. No earlier, no later.
  • Review timeline: 14 business days.
  • Processing: if criteria are met and 10 hours not saved, full double-refund (R5,994) is processed via the original payment method.

3. The Full-Refund Results Guarantee: Pro Tier

For Pro tier customers (R14,997).

The promise: save at least 25 hours per week within 60 days of purchase, or full refund (R14,997).

To claim, submit our Pro Results Guarantee Claim form between Day 45 and Day 60 from purchase.

Required submissions (all required)

  1. Tool setup proof: Screenshots showing ChatGPT or Claude + Microsoft 365 connection with visible date and time stamps.
  2. Course completion verification: All 5 standard modules + 3 Pro-only modules must be 100% complete.
  3. Advanced workflow proof: Screenshots and descriptions of 10 different workflows including 5 from Pro-tier advanced templates.
  4. Claude Projects usage: Confirmation of using at least 3 of the 10 pre-built Claude Projects with example outputs.
  5. 60-day time tracking: Daily time tracker covering the full 60 days showing time saved per task.
  6. Comprehensive video: 15-minute screen recording with voice narration showing your full AI system in action across multiple use cases.
  7. Written summary: 1-page PDF summarizing the AI systems you've built into your work.
  • Submission window: Day 45 to Day 60 from purchase date.
  • Mandatory implementation call: before refund processing, applicants book a 30-minute video call with our team to review implementation. This often resolves issues without a refund needed.
  • Review timeline: 21 business days after the implementation call.
  • Processing: if criteria are met and 25 hours not saved, full refund (R14,997) is processed via the original payment method.

4. Lifetime Access Guarantee

  • All courses purchased grant lifetime access to that course's content (current version only).
  • Future course versions or updates are separate purchases.
  • If MoreSkills ever shuts down operations or stops providing access to your purchased course, you receive a full refund regardless of how much time has passed since purchase.
  • This protects your investment indefinitely.

5. What's Not Covered

  • Refund requests submitted outside the windows specified above.
  • Results guarantee claims with incomplete documentation as specified.
  • Chargebacks initiated through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us. Please email us first. We'll process refunds faster than any chargeback process.
